蔡氏扶正消癥汤对胃癌细胞体外生长的影响

Effect of Cai's-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang on human stomach adenocarcinoma cell line BGC-823 growth in vitro

目的:探讨蔡氏扶正消癥汤对人低分化胃癌细胞BGC-823体外生长的影响。方法:采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)还原法检测蔡氏扶正消癥汤对BGC-823生长的影响,并观察蔡氏扶正消癥汤对BGC-823细胞形态的影响。结果:蔡氏扶正消癥汤生药能抑制BGC-823的生长。在实验浓度范围内,随着剂量的增加, 抑制作用更加明显;同一剂量下,72 h内药物作用时间越长,抑制作用越明显。结论:蔡氏扶正消癥汤能够抑制低分化胃癌细胞BGC-823的生长。

Objective： To study the effect of Cai＇s-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang on human stomach adenocarcinoma cell line BGC-823 growth in vitro. Methods： Growth of Cai＇s-fu-zheng-xiao-zhengtang on BGC-823 cells was measured with MTT colorimetric assay after treated by various concentrations of Cai＇s-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang. Morphological changes of BGC-823 cells were observed under light microscope. Results： Cai＇ s-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang inhibited the growth of BGC-823 cells in dose-dependent manner. From Oh to 72h, Cai＇ s-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang at the same concentration inhibited the growth of BGC-823 cells in time-dependent manner. Conclusion： Cai＇ s-fu-zheng-xiao-zheng-tang can inhibit growth of BGC-823 cells.
