摘要
目的:探讨免疫系统变化是否是引起Graves病患者粒细胞减少的原因之一。方法:测定并比较102例粒细胞正常范围Graves病患者和52例粒细胞减少Graves病患者的血FT3、FT4、TGA、TPOAb、 IgG、IgA、IgM水平和血ANA和抗ds-DNA抗体的阳性率。结果:两组的血FT3、FT4、TGA、TPOAb、IgM水平没有显著区别,血FT3、FT4、TGA、TPOAb、IgM水平和粒细胞计数没有相关性,但两组的血IgG、IgA 水平和ANA、抗ds-DNA抗体阳性率比较均有显著差别,且血IgG、IgA水平和粒细胞计数有显著相关。结论:全身免疫紊乱可能在Graves病患者出现粒细胞减少的过程中起作用。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of acute granulocytopenia complicated with Graves' disease. Methods:In 102 patients of Graves' disease with normal granulocyte and 52 patients of Graves' disease complicated with granuloeytopenla, blood serum level change of FT3, FT4. TGA. TPOAb. IgG, IgA. IgM and ANA. anti-ds-DNA were measured and compared. Results:The blood serum level change of FT3, FT4. TGA. TPOAb. IgM had no significantly difference between two groups and there was no relativity between FT3. FT4. TGA. TPOAb. IgM and number of granulocyte.However, the blood serum level change of IgG. IgA and the positive rate of ANA. anti-ds-DNA in patients of granulocytopenia complicated with Graves' disease were significantly higher than that in patients of Graves' disease with normal granulocyte.There was significantly relativity between serum level change of IgG, IgA and number of granuloeyte. Conelusion:The systemic immunity turbulence may be involved in patients of Graves' disease complicated with granulocytopenia.
