低氧预适应机制及视网膜低氧预适应的研究进展

摘要 低氧预适应可增强机体耐受低氧的能力,这种内源性保护现象存在于多种组织和器官。目前,对心脏和脑的低氧预适应的研究较为深入,而对视网膜低氧预适应的研究尚处于起步阶段。本研究对低氧预适应的可能机制进行综述,并介绍了国外对视网膜低氧预适应的研究现状以及低氧预适应在视网膜变性疾病中的应用前景。 Hypoxic preconditioning can improve the resistance against hypoxia which is an endogenous and protective phenomenon and exists in many tissues and organs. Now, the study about hypoxic preconditioning of retina is still the beginning, though the hypoxic preconditioning of heart and brain has been known well. We reviewed the possible mechanisms of hypoxic preconditioning and prospected the application in retinal degeneration diseases after introducing the status about it.
