大蒜金属硫蛋白家族新成员AsMT2b在镉离子胁迫下的功能分析 被引量：6

摘要 利用RACE方法,从大蒜(Alliumsativum)幼苗中克隆到一个MT基因家族的新成员,命名为AsMT2b.AsMT2b全长520bp,编码80个氨基酸,具有type2MT蛋白的结构特征,但其Cys的位置和排列方式与其他type2MT蛋白具有明显差异.RT-PCR结果表明,该基因与其他type2MT的表达模式不同,只有在CdCl2的胁迫强度增加到一定程度时才增强表达.将AsMT2b在酵母细胞中表达后可以提高转化子对Cd的抗性.同时AsMT2b在拟南芥中过表达后,转基因植株对Cd抗性显著增强,同时Cd的积累量也增加.AsMT2b在镉离子胁迫下的特性表明,其在Cd污染土壤的植物修复中具有应用前景.
