小蓟、小蓟炭中黄酮类成分的含量测定和薄层鉴别

Determination of total flavonoids in raw and charred Cephalanoplos and their differentiation by TCL

目的：建立小蓟总黄酮的含量测定方法，对小蓟、小蓟炭的总黄酮进行定量性研究。方法：采用紫外分光先度法时小蓟总黄酮含量测定方法进行研究，并且利用薄层色谱法对其进行定性鉴别。结果：采用甲醇超声提取小蓟中的总黄酮，NaNO2-Al（NO3）3-NaOH为显色系统的含量测定方法。线性范围8．0164～8.096μg／ml，r=0．9992，平均加样回收率为98．9％，RSD=1．32％（n=6），小蓟总黄酮含量为1．54％，小蓟炭总黄酮含量0.56％。两者的主要黄酮类物质为蒙花苷、芦丁等。结论：含量测定方法操作简便，快捷，重现性好。小蓟总黄酮含量高于小蓟炭。

Objective： To establish a method of determination of total flavonoids in Cephalanoplos segetum. Methods： The contents of tlavonoids in the samples were assayed by ultraviolet spectroscopy and TCL. Results： The method of assaying the total flavoniods, which ultrasound extracted from Cephalanoplos segetum by alcohol, were determined by ultraviolet spectroscopy with NaNO2-Al （NO3）3-NaOH system, the linear range varied from 8.016～48.096μg/ml（r= 0.9992）, the average recovery was 98.9%, RSD = 1.32% （ n = 6） .The average content of total flavonoids in Cephalanoplos segetum was 1.54%, and in charred Cephalanoplos segeturn was 0.56% .The main flavonoids were linarin and turin.
