Building mathematical models and calculating data are the most important to analyze the losing control floating ship. Because the models are complex, it is very hard to calculate and analyse the data. This paper introduces these models and expatiates on the ship floating analysis platform, which is developed by author with MATLAB-GUI function. This platform can quickly produce the data and change curves.
