脑外伤后继发性癫痫67例临床分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨脑外伤后继发性癫痫的临床特点及预后。方法对409例脑外伤患者的临床资料进行分析和随访。结果409例患者中继发性癫痫67例,其中开放性损伤所致者24例,发生率33.3%,闭合性损伤者43例,发生率12.8%,顶叶损伤所致者36例(53.7%),发作形式部分性发作43例(64.2%),治疗后癫痫完全控制62例(92.5%)。结论脑外伤后继发性癫痫开放性损伤发生率明显高于闭合性损伤,顶叶损伤最易发生癫痫,发作形式以部分性发作居多,总体预后良好。
