摘要 目的对细梗香草全草甲醇部分进行分离和化合物结构鉴定。方法通过大孔树脂纯化,Sephedax LH20和聚酰胺分离;利用多种波谱技术并结合酸水解方法鉴定其化学结构。结果分离鉴定了3个黄酮苷和1个三萜皂苷,分别为槲皮素-3-O-(2,6--αL-二吡喃鼠李糖基)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(1),capilliposide I(2),capilliposideⅡ(3)和candidoside(4)。结论化合物4为首次从细梗香草中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE To study the flavonol glycosides and triterpenoid saponin in the whole plants of Lysimachia capiUipes Hemsl. METHODS The column chromatography (including AB-8 macropomus resin, Sephedax LH20 and polyamide) were used to separate constituents whose structures were elucidated by ESI-MS, NMR spectral data and hydrolysis methods. RESULTS Three flavonol glycosides and one triterpenoid saponin were isolated and elucidated as quereetin-3- O- (2, 6-di- α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-β- D-galactopyranoside ( 1 ), capillipo- side Ⅰ (2), capilliposide Ⅱ (3), and candidoside(4). CONCLUSION Compound 4 was isolated from Lysirrachia capiUipes for the first time.
