摘要
目的对三七[Panax notoginseng(Burk.)F.H.Chen]茎叶的黄酮类成分进行分离鉴定。方法利用水煎煮提取、大孔吸附树脂吸附、硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱等方法分离提纯,通过理化性质及IR,UV,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR等光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果分离得到6个黄酮类单体化合物,分别鉴定为:山柰酚(kaempferol,Ⅰ)、槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅱ)、山柰酚-7-O--αL-鼠李糖苷(kaempferol 7-O--αL-rhamnoside,Ⅲ)、山柰酚-3-O--βD-半乳糖苷(kaempferol 3-O--βD-galactoside,Ⅳ)、山柰酚-3-O--βD-半乳糖(2→1)葡萄糖苷[kaempferol 3-O-(2″--βD-glucopyranosyl)--βD-galactopyranoside,Ⅴ]、槲皮素-3-O--βD-半乳糖(2→1)葡萄糖苷[quercetin3-O-(2″--βD-glucopyranosyl)--βD-galactopyranoside,Ⅵ]。结论除山柰酚(kaempferol,Ⅰ)、槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅱ)之外,其余4个化合物皆为首次从该植物中分离得到,Ⅲ与Ⅵ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To separate and identify the flavonoids from the stems and leaves of Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F.H. Chen. METHODS It was decried with water, then absorbed by macroprous adsorption resin, isolated by silica gel column chromatography and ODS column chromatography. RESULTS Six compounds were elucidated as kaempferol( Ⅰ ), quercetin( Ⅱ ), kaempferol 7-O-α-L-rham- noside( Ⅲ ), kaempferol 3-O-β-D-galactoside( Ⅳ ), kaempferol 3-O-(2"-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-β-D-galactopyranoside ( Ⅴ ) and quercetin 3-O- (2"-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-β-D-galactopyranoside( Ⅵ ), CONCLUSION compound Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ are isolated and identified for the first time from Panax notoginseng.
