摘要
目的观察蛇床子素对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法以尼尔雌醇为对照观察蛇床子素对双侧卵巢切除大鼠体重、子宫重量、子宫内膜腺体数;血清Ca2+,P,ALP,E2,CT,TGF-β1,BGP;大鼠股骨骨密度的影响。结果与模型组相比,蛇床子素各剂量组大鼠体重、子宫重量、子宫内膜腺体数未见明显变化,血清P含量下降,血清Ca2+,E2,CT,TGF-β1和BGP升高。蛇床子素组大鼠股骨骨密度较模型组明显增加。结论蛇床子素能提高去卵巢大鼠股骨骨密度,防止骨质疏松的发生,其作用机制可能与增加血清CT,TGF-β1和BGP含量等有关。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of osthol on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.METHODS Fifty female SD rats were divided into sham-ovarieetomized group(sham), ovarieetomlzed group(OVX), osthol 10 mg· kg^- 1· d^- 1 ) group, osthol 20 mg· kg^- 1 ·d^- 1 group and nilestfiol 1 mg· kg^- 1· d^-1 group. After the rats were treated for 12 weeks, body weight, uterus weight, the number of endometfial gland, serum Ca^2 + , P, ALP, E2, CT, TGF-β, BGP and bone mineral density(BMD) were measured. RF^ULTS There was no significant difference btween osthol groups and OVX group in the body weight, uterus weight and the nttmber of endometfial gland ( P 〉 0.05). Compared with OVX group, the serum P level in the osthol group was lower, serum Ca^2 + , E2, CT, TGF-β, BGP and BMI) were higher. CONCLUSION Osthol can prevent osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. It may be relative with the increasing of CT, TGF-β and BGP.
