摘要
目的:探讨胚胎培养液和体外操作环境对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妊娠率的影响,以便建立更适宜的胚胎体外培养体系。方法:对78例(79个周期)不孕症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。79个IVF-ET周期患者分为2组,Ⅰ组21个周期使用单纯EBSS培养液,无37℃恒温、保湿、维持pH的设施,Ⅱ组58个周期使用HTFI、VC-ONE序列培养基,且配备37℃恒温、保湿、维持pH恒定的设施,比较2组的受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、着床率和临床妊娠率。结果:Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组的受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率分别为74.88%、76.39%,72.46%、76.01%,38.00%、41.86%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率分别为2.32%、19.75%,9.52%、44.82%,Ⅱ组显著高于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:序列培养基与37℃恒温、保湿、维持pH设施结合应用,改善了胚胎的潜在质量,显著提高了IVF的妊娠率。
Objective: To investigated the Influence in vitro embryos culture environment on the pregnancy rate so that to establish the more suitable culture system of embryos. Methods: Two culture media were used in two groups. The first was HTF and IVC ONE media culture system (maintaining 37℃, relative humidity, 5%CO2) which was used in 58 IVF-ET cycles, and the second was EBSS media system (not maintaining 37℃, relative humidity, 5%CO2) in 21 cycles. The fertilization rate, cleavage rate, good embryo rate, embryo imbed rate and pregnancy rate were compared between these two groups. Results: There were significantly higher embryo imbed rate and pregnancy rate (19.75%, 44.82% respectively) used HTF and IVC-ONE media culture system group as compared those in EBSS media system group (2.32%, 9.52% respectively). There were no significant differences in fertilization rate, cleavage rate, good embryo rate between two groups (76.39%, 76.01%, 41.86% and 74.88%, 72.46%, 38% respectively). Conclusion: HTF and IVC-ONE media culture system can improve the pregnancy rate significantly.
