摘要
为快速有效检测电力电容器外壳爆破能量试验放电电流。分析了爆破能量试验回路和罗氏线圈的工作机理,优选电气参数的计算方法,测量系统的误差;给出了减小误差的有效措施并利用MATLAB/SIMULINK建立了爆破试验回路和罗氏线圈检测回路构成的仿真模型以优化试验回路和罗氏线圈的技术参数。仿真和实验表明,本文的优化方法可行,所得试验和检测回路参数可确保爆破试验成功和传感器的良好动态特性。
Rogowski coil is proposed to measure the discharging current in the abruption test of the enclosure of the power capacitor. Principle and simplified circuit of the burst test are analyzed. Operation method and physical model of the Rogowski coil are presented. Criterions of optimizing the parameters of the blast test and Rogowski coil are analyzed. The simplified simulation model composed both of the circuits of the rupture test and the Rogowski coil is centered on the SIMULINK environment of the MATLAB software and is proposed. The whole measurement system made by the circuits of the burst test and the Rogowski coil can simulate operation characteristic of the abruption test, which is convenient to analyze the error characteristic of the measurement results. Some efficient measures to reduce measurement error are presented. Both simulation and experimental results verify the truth of the design principles and methods of the blast test of the power capacitor and the Rogowski coil sensor with good dynamic property.
