摘要 鉴于弹簧操动机构凸轮传动性能直接影响真空断路器的开断特性和使用寿命,根据4种与凸轮配合的推杆运动规律建立了优化整机分合闸特性的目标函数。优化结果表明操动机构的传动性能和开断特性大为改善。 In the spring actuator for a vacuum circuit breaker, the interrupting performance, life span and the mechanical property of the whole system is directly influenced by the transmission characteristics of the cam. In the paper, aim at the above problems; four kinds of moving principle of the handspike matched with the cam have been presented. And the objective function for optimizing the cam,that is, chubbiness coefficient of cam mechanism for spring actuator of vacuum circuit breaker has been established. The transmission property has been improved and the interrupting performance has been increased. The specification can he satisfied using the proposed optimized strategy.
