建筑设计方案的模糊决策

Vague Decision of Architectural Design Plan

对建筑设计方案进行评价,其实质就是对多个设计方案从多个指标进行评价和选优。由于在评价过程中,涉及的指标和考虑的因素很多,尤其是大量定性指标的存在,使决策具有明显的模糊性和不确定性。本文选用模糊理论的模糊决策法进行综合评价,并通过住宅建筑设计方案评价的实例计算,表明模糊决策方法可以最大限度地实现建筑设计方案决策的合理性和科学性。

The evaluation on architectural design plan is essentially the evaluation and selection of many design plans from many indexes. During the evaluation, there are many indexes concerned and factors considered, especially a vast amount of fixed indexes, so the decision has the obvious vagueness and indefiniteness. This paper applies the vague decision of vague theory to the comprehensive evaluation and shows that, by the example calculation of evaluation on residential architectural design plan, the method of vague decision can maximally realize the rationality and science in the decision of architectural design plan.
