摘要
揭示对高专教师进行教学效果评估的目的和意义。通过对莆田学院几年来试行此项工作的结果分析,对如何完善高校教师教学效果评估工作进行反思,并提出改进措施。
This paper explained the purpose and significance of teaching performance assessment for teachers in college. Through analyzing the practice of teaching performance assessment in the past years in Putian College, this paper discussed some ways to consummate teaching performance assessment in college, and proposed some measures to improve it.
