Application of the Field Bus Technology in the Automobile Inspection System

摘要 随着汽车工业的发展,提高检测数据传输的实时性和可靠性成为汽车检测技术的主要特点。本文简要对现场总线进行了介绍,并以PHILIPS公司生产的CAN总线控制器SJA1000作为汽车检测线各单元的核心控制器,研究CAN总线技术在汽车检测线上的具体应用。实践表明,现场总线技术的应用不仅在设计、安装、调试、运行到维护等方面节省了开支,而且提高了数据采集系统的性能及检测的速度,使得系统具有实时性、开放性和可扩展性。 The improvement of real time inspection and reliability of the data transmission has become the main characteristic of modem automobile inspection technology.In this paper, we discuss the field bus technology and study the practical application of the CAN bus technology in the auto inspection system by using the CAN bus controller SJA1000 which produced by PHILIPS as the central controller of each unit of the system.As is shown in the practice, the use of the field bus technology not only has decreased the cost in design, installation, debug, execution and maintenance , but also has improved the capability of the data collecting system and can make the system more real-time, more exoteric and more extensible.
