Total quality management:new concept of administration in colleges and universities

全面质量管理在高等教育领域有其适用性。借鉴美国高等教育管理中全面质量管理的经验,建立我国高等教育的全面质量管理体系,对提高我国高等教育质量具有重要意义。

Total quality management （TQM） is applicable in the higher education setting. It is extremely important for us to use the successful experience of TQM in American higher education for reference and to establish TQM with Chinese characteristics in higher education administration in order to improve the whole quality of higher education in China.
