摘要
高校后勤工作是一项基础性、全局性和保障性工作。我国高校后勤社会化改革经历了一个长期酝酿、迅速发展、不断完善的阶段。社会化改革之后的高校后勤工作出现了教育性与市场性、依附性与垄断性、经营性与服务性、规范性与灵活性、长效性与短效性等多重属性。后勤消费个性化、后勤服务人性化、后勤管理企业化、后勤运作市场化等开始成为我国高校后勤服务的新特征。
College rear-service work is fundamental, overall and service-oriented work. Its socialized reform in China has experienced the following three phases: a long-term consideration, a rapid development and a constant perfection. This work has the following attributes: instruction and market, attachment and monopoly, management and service, standardization and agility and so on. The college rear-service in our country has the following new characteristics: personalized consumption, human-oriented service, and enterprise-style and market-style management
