摘要
由于准备活动不充分,技术要领未掌握,运动量安排不合理,场地、器材、服装等不合格以及必要的保护措施不到位等诸多原因,青少年运动创伤时有发生,既有其生理和心理因素,更有其深刻的社会成因。为此,必须提高认识,以防为主;重视基础,加强素质;准备充分,加强适应;科学合理安排运动量;加强医务监督,注重饮食卫生。
Injuries caused by teenagers' exercise frequently occur due to the following tactors: inadequate warming-up exercise, ill command of skills, improper amount of exercise, unqualified playgrounds, equipment and clothes, and lack of necessary protection measures. Frequent injuries caused by teenagers' exercise not only have physical and psychological causes, but also social causes. Therefore, we should raise their awareness, stick to precautions, emphasize foundation, arrange proper amount of exercise, strengthen medical supervision, and pay attention to dietetic hygience.
