HLA-B_(27)阳性患者的血管紧张素转换酶基因检测分析

Analysis of Angiotensin Convertible Enzyme (ACE)gene to HLA-B_(27) Positive Patients

目的:探讨ACE基因多态与HLA-B27阳性的关系。方法:应用PCR扩增方法检测68例HLA-B27阳性患者和50例正常对照者ACE基因的16内含子中的287BP片段缺失/插入多态性。结果:HLA-B27阳性患者ACE基因插入纯合型(I/I)频率明显高于正常对照X2=4.21,P<0.05。结论:ACE基因插入纯合型(I/I)与HLA-B27阳性患者即强直性脊椎炎患者的易感性有关。

Objective： To study the relationship of ACE gene and HLA- B27. Method：ACE gene was analyzed for inserting and losing polymorphism of the 287 fragment in intron 16 by polymerase chain reaction （PCR）. Result： The analysis revealed that the frequency of homozygous insertion of ACE gene（I/I） in HLA - B27 positive group （ 68 cases） is obviously higher than that of nornlal group （ 50 cases ）. Conclusion： The result supports that the homozygous insertion type of ACE gene （ I/I ） could be involved in the HLA - B27 positive patients so as to as patients.
