摘要
目的:探讨自发性小脑出血显微手术治疗疗效。方法:回顾分析2001年1月至2004年12月显微手术治疗自发性小脑出血21例。结果:16例行后颅窝开颅清除血肿,5例行后颅窝开颅及侧脑室外引流术。全部病例术后24H内均复查头颅CT血肿清除90%以上15例。70%以上6例,无再出血病例。治愈11例,好转6例,死亡4例。结论:显微手术治疗自发性小脑出血疗效满意。
Objective： To evaluate the micro -surgical results in spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage.Method ：The micro- surgical treatment for spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage were 21 cases in this series for January 2001 to December 2004 . Result ：Hematoma surgically removed over 90% in 15 cases, over 70% in 6cases,there were no recurrencr. 10 cases were recovered , 6 cares were improved , 5 cases were dead. Conclusion ：The results of micro - surgical treatment for cerebellar hemorrhage were satisfactory , the prognosis were good.
