血塞通配合糖尿病足常规疗法临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Xuesaitong with Regular Treatment in Treating Diabetic Foot

目的:观察血塞通结合糖尿病足常规疗法的临床效果。方法:将68例确认为糖尿病足的病人随机分为常规治疗组(常规组)32例,和血塞通配合常规治疗组(血塞通组)36例。结合治疗前后W AGNER分级,血液流变学以及溃疡组织愈合情况的比较以评价疗效。结果:血塞通组显效22例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率94.4%;常规组显效15例,有效10例,无效7例,总有效率78.1%,两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。血塞通组溃疡愈合等方面与常规组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。血塞通组血液粘度明显下降,与常规组比较P<0.01。结论:血塞通配合糖尿病足常规疗法,更有助于糖尿病足取得良好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Xuesaitong with regular treatment in treating diabetic foot. Methods：68 patients whose diagnosis were confirmed to be diabetic foot,were randomly divided into Xuesaitong with regular treatment group （ Xuesaitong group, n = 36 ） and reguar treatment group （ regular group, n = 32 ）. The therapeutic effect was evaluated on the basis of the total effective rate the changes of hemorrheologic index and the changes of ulcerative wound. Result： The case number of Grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ in the Xuesaitong group reduced,and the case number that recovered to Grade 0 increased, as compared with those in the regular group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The healing of ulcerative wound in the Xuesationg group was more significant than in the regular group. The blood viscosity was lower in the Xuesaitong group than in the regular group ） P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Xuesaitong with regular treatment in treating diabetic foot can gain better effet.
