摘要
根据胜坨油田高含水期提高原油采收率的要求,针对其高温、高矿化度、非均质性严重等油藏地质特点,在探讨弱凝胶调驱技术原理的基础上,制备了以部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM) 和有机铬交联剂XE-1为主剂的CDG深部调驱剂体系。确定了CDG深部调驱剂体系最佳配方: HPAM浓度为1 500-2 000 mg/L,有机铬交联剂XE-1浓度为800-1 000 mg/L,稳定剂浓度为 300 mg/L。利用SCDS-2型堵剂封堵能力评价仪,对CDG选择性、岩芯封堵率、运移性能等进行了评价,室内评价试验表明,CDG岩芯封堵率大于95%,适用于油田大剂量深部调驱作业,在胜坨油田试验应用14口井,调驱效果显著。
A deep oil displacement and profile control agent CDG for features of Shengtuo Oilfield was prepared with partially hydrolytic polyacrylamide (HPAM) and organic chrome cross linker XE - 1 as main materials. Its optimum composition was HPAM 1 500 - 2 000 mg/L,XE - 1 800 - 1 000 mg/L,and the stabilizer 300 mg/L.The selectivity, bore core plugging rate, and migration characteristic of CDG were avaluated in laboratory. The result showed that bore core plugging rate of CDG was above 95 % and suitable for deep oil displacement and profile control in oilfields. The effect of oil displacement and profile control of CDG used in 14 wells of Shengtuo Oilfield was evident.
