摘要 低硫柴油的使用减少了汽车尾气对环境的污染,但同时造成发动机磨损加大。采用不饱和混合酸和多元醇等低成本原料合成出一种低硫柴油润滑性能改进剂,并对其润滑性能、兼容性、腐蚀性、水反应和低温性能进行了评价。试验结果表明,该润滑性能改进剂的合成工艺较为简单,润滑改进效果好,加入量为50×10-6时,柴油的HFRR法磨斑直径不大于460μm,其他性能也均比较稳定。 Using low sulfur diesel could evidently decrease the exhaust gas pollution, but increase the wearing of engine. One kind of lubricity improver for low sulfur diesel was synthesized by low cost raw materials, such as unsaturated mixed acid and polyol. The lubricity, compatibility, corrosiveness, water reaction and low temperature property of the improver were evaluated. The results showed that the synthesizing process of the lubricity improver was simple, the effect of the lubricity improver was good and all other properties were stable. The maximum wear scar diameter (MWSD) of the low sulfur diesel added the lubricity improver 50 × 10^-6 was less than 460 μm by HFRR test.
