摘要
对ZWL型智能弯管流量计中弯管传感器弯径比测量方法地不断探索,提出了用三坐标测量机对弯管传感器进行测量的三坐标测量方法。通过建立求解弯径比的数学模型,三坐标测量机测取三维坐标点和用MATLAB软件编写弯径比的计算软件,完成了对弯径比的计算。此方法是将测头直接伸入管内的接触式测量,能直接反映弯管的形状特征,测量结果具有较高的精度,且操作方便,具有通用性。
Studied the measurement method of ratio of curvature and diameter for elbow-pipe sensor of the ZWL intelligence elbow-pipe flowmeter,a new measuring method called the three coordinates measurement, which uses the three coordinates measurement machine to measure is brought forward.Set up the mathemtical model of solving ratio of curvature and diameter,measured three dimension coordinate points by the three coordinates measurement machine,completed software of ratio of curvature and diameter by MATLAB, calculation of ratio of curvature and diameter is finished. This measurement method is able to present characters of elbow-pipe shape directly, better precision and easier to operate.
