摘要
对涡流传感器的工作原理进行了理论探讨,在此基础上,对不同材料的导体在不同厚度进行实验测量,并用O rigin7.0综合分析实验数据,结果表明:被测导体(Fe,Cu,A l)的厚度对输出电压有较大的影响,并给出了修正方法。
Operating principle of the eddy-current sensor is discussed theoretically, the different thickness of different conductor is measured experimentally, and the gotten data is comprehensively analysed by Origin7. 0. Results show the influence of the thickness of different measured conductor( Fe, Cu, Al) on the output voltage of the current eddy sensor is illustrated, and the revised method is given.
