摘要
利用ANSYS软件,对角接触球轴承端面凸出量测量仪的箱盖和挡盘3种设计方案进行了有限元分析,得出箱盖和挡盘的位移等值线图,并根据角接触球轴承端面测量仪箱盖和挡盘的位移量及其分布形态对测量误差的影响,确定出较合理的改进设计方案。
With the ANSYS software,the finite dement analysis is made for three design projects of cover and fender board of the instnment for measuring the convex d end surface d angular contact ball bearings. The displacement contours d the cover and fender board are obtained. According to effect of the error on the displacement value and its distribution status, the rational design project is determined, which is validated by practical application.
