论大学生代议制民主实现的重要途径

On the Important Way of Realizing College Students' Representive System

学生群体的利益保障不仅关乎到个体家庭的稳定发展,而且牵涉社会各个阶层、各方面利益关系及稳定的系统工程,可依据选举代表的基本素质要求选举产生大学生人大代表。重点从全国人大代表和地方人大代表视角就大学生担任人大代表的流行观点进行评述,进而分析政治传统、现实基础、政治层面的重要意义等因素,以较为充分地揭示:大学生代议制民主实现的重要途径是担任全国人大代表和地方各级人大代表。

The article considers that protecting students＇ interests is not only relate to stable development of every family, but also is a systematic project which is related to every step of life. College student NPC can be elected on the basis of their basic qualities. The focus is on the popular views of college student NPC from the perspective of NPC and LPC and on the analysis of such factors as political tradition, realistic basis and politics levels and, adequately points out that the important way to realize college students＇ representative system democracy is to be NPC representative and LPC representative.
