Research and Practice on Middle Schools'Quality Education in the Western District Around the Sichuan Basin—The implementation of teachers'quality education in Yibin

西部与中东部地区的经济差距,使西部地区基础教育的素质教育的推进倍感艰难。但经济的落后和不发达,不能成为素质教育的阻碍。以四川宜宾为例,只要我们正确认识素质构成和素质教育的内涵,充分发掘本土的经济、历史、自然和人文景观资源,是完全可以实施素质教育,推进素质教育的进程的。

Therc is an economic gap between the West part and the Middle East part in China, which hinders the developmert of the quality education of the Western district. But the quality education should not be held back because of the economic backwardness and underdevelopment. Taking Yibin as an example, it is considered that the quality education can be surely not only implemented but also developde after its constitution snd contents are fully understood. Meanwhile, the local economic, historic, natural and artificial scenery resources are completely explored.
