Training models such as the university- school interaction model, the participatory- channeling model, the case- study model, the viewing- emulating model, the research ＆ training model, etc. are widely used in teachers＇ continuing education, and each of them has its advantages and disadvantages. Which model to be used in training depends on the practical situation of trainees and the objective of the training. Teachers continuing education must abide by the curriculum reform gist and macro - training thought,and adopt the most effective training model or combination of several models, and improve teachers＇ professional qualities, and promote teacherw＇ professional development, and construct excellent teaching staffs, thus urge the successful implementation of the elementary education curriculum reform.
