我国股份制商业银行治理结构对银行绩效影响的实证分析

文章运用EVA这一衡量公司治理绩效的新指标,对我国股份制商业银行治理结构作了回归分析。结果表明,第一大股东持股比例及国有性质与绩效正相关,董事会规模及高管人员薪酬与EVA回报率呈负相关关系,高管人员持股也对银行绩效产生正向影响,而股权集中度、董事会会议次数、监事会规模及会议次数、银行规模均未对银行绩效产生影响。

Using the new index of EVA to measure the performance of corporate governance, this paper analysis the relationship between the share - holding commercial banks＇ governance structure and the performance. The study shows that the first shareholder＇ s shareholding pmportion , the ownership and the shares of senior manager has positive effects on the performance, but the scale of director board has negative effects on the performance. It also concludes that the centralization of shares, the meeting frequency of director board and supervision board, the scale of supervision board and the banks have no effects on the performance.
