摘要
颌下腺是表皮生长因子(EGF)的主要分泌器官。本实验应用流式细胞术对大鼠切除颌下腺后30和48天的睾丸生精细胞DNA含量进行了分析。结果表明:切除颌下腺48天时,1C细胞群(精子细胞和精子)比例明显低于对照组(P<0.01),平均减少12.22%,30天和48天时2C细胞群(精原细胞和次级精母细胞等)比例明显高于对照组(P<0.01),平均增加14.39%和29.31%,切除颌下腺30天时对4C细胞群(初级精母细胞)的比例影响不大,但48天时4C细胞群明显减少(P<0.01)。同时PI值明显降低(P<0.01)。提示切除颌下腺后导致体内EGF缺乏,可影响生精过程中的多个阶段并延缓生精细胞的增殖。
The submandibular salivary gland is a main organ to secrete the epidermal growth factor(EGF).The effect of sialoadenectomy on testicular spermatogenesis was observed with flow cytometry(FCM)on day 30 and 48 after the operation.The results showed that 48 days after sialoadenectomy the percentage of 1C cell group(spermatid and sperm)was apparently lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),dropping on an average by 12.22%;30 and 48 days,after the operation that of 2C cell group(spermatogonium,second spermatocyte)increased on an averages by 14.39% and 29.31%,being much higher than that of control group,and there was on significant difference in 4C cell group(primary spermatocyte) on day 30,but it notably decreased on day 48 after the operation(P<0.01).The proliferation index(PI)was obviously lower than that of control group.These findings suggest that EGF deficiency in rat with sialoadenectomy may influence many stages in spermatogenesis and delay proliferation of spermatogenic cell.
