摘要
测定了国家队部分运动员的血浆硒、MDA的含量和GSH-PX活性以及红细胞硒和MDA的含量。结果显示:进行体力性训练的运动员的硒营养状况优于非体力性训练的运动员,他们体内的脂质过氧化程度较低。运动员的血浆硒水平和血浆GSH-PX活性呈轻度正相关关系(r=0.36,P<0.05)。我们暂选定使血浆GSH-PX活性达到饱和的血浆硒含量70ng/ml为评价机体硒营养状况的参考水平,发现在被调查的运动员中有18.3%的人血浆硒含量低于70ng/ml,提示这些运动员可能存在着硒营养不足。
We measured Se,MDA and GSH-PX in plasma and Se and MDA in red blood cell of national elite athletes.The results showed that the Se status of athletes with physical training was better than that of athletes without physical training,and the fromers had a lower peroxidation levels.A positive correlation was found between plasma Se and GSH-PX in the athletes(r=0.36,p<0.05).When we selected plasma Se level of 70ng/ml as referance,at which GSH-PX activity was saturated,plasma Se level in 18.3% of the athletes was lower.This may suggest that there has been Se insufficiency in the athletes.
