摘要
对28名普通男大学生,14名男竞走运动员和20名男短跑运动员安静状态的血清免疫活性黄体生成素(RIA-LH)、生物活性黄体生成素(Bio-LH)及睾酮水平进行了测试,并分析了14名男子足球运动员急性运动前、后Bio-LH,RIA-LH和睾酮的变化。结果表明:(1)三组受试者Bio-LH与RIA-LH呈正相关,三组之间的B/I比值和睾酮水平均无显著性差异,表明他们的垂体-性腺轴的分泌功能状况基本一致。(2)竞走运动员的RIA-LH明显高于其他两组,而Bio-LH无显著性差异。提示:把Bio-LH和RIA-LH结合起来。能更客观地评价LH的水平。(3)急性运动后,Bio-LH明显升高,而RIA-LH变化不明显,表明运动使LH的成分发生改变。(4)急性运动后血清睾酮的升高,可能与LH生物活性升高有关。
The present experiment was conducted to study the relationship between serum bioactive luteinizing hormone(Bio-LH)and immunoreactive LH(RIA-LH)in male athletes.The results showed:(1)There was a positive correlation between Bio-LH and RIA-LH among normals(r=0.4229,p<0.05),race walkers(r=0.6625,p<0.01)and sprinters(r=0.7683,p<0.01).The B/I ratio(5.01±2.37,4.26±1.76,4.14±1.29,respectively)and testosterone(596.71±126.08ng/dl,536.22±147.95ng/dl,545.68±171.98ng/dl respectively)had no significant difference,showing that the pituitary-gonade function status might be similar in all the three groups.(2)RIA-LH level in race walkers(4.80±1.84IU/l)was significantly higher than that in normals(3.47±1.50IU/l)(p<0.05)and sprinters(3.43±1.e3IU/l)(p<0.05),Bio-LH levels had no significant difference(15.77±6.86IU/l,20.19±10.21IU/l,14.02±7.46IU/l,respectively),suggesting that we should evaluate LH level by not only RIA-LH but also Bio-LH.(3)After an acute exercise,Bio-LH in male football players(n=14) increased significantly(from 18.44±8.30IU/l to 23.63±10.92IU/l)(p<0.05),but RIA-LH remained unchanged(from 10.16±4.20IU/l to 11.18±7.23IU/l).This suggested that moderate physical exercise may change the composition of LH.(4)After an acute exercise,serum testosterone in football players increased significantly(from 450.90±87.33ng/dI to 565.37±144.31ng/dl)(p<0.01),and might be related to the increased bioactivity of LH.
