CAPE型船舶以承运矿石、煤炭等大宗散货为主,具有载货多、运货稳、费用省等特点。此类船舶易出现中垂、中拱现象,因此应制定合理的装卸计划,确定各舱货物装卸及压载水注入和排放的数量、顺序,尽量使船长各段上的浮力和重力保持一致。为提高作业效率和保障安全,应熟悉货种特性,正确选用和妥善安排机械、人力,搞好作业衔接和配合。

In order to enhance the operation efficiency and ensure the safety, manager should be familiar with cargo characteristics, correctly use and arrange the machinery and manpower, and make the operation linkage and cooperation better.
