摘要 对美国高等教育的基本情况、层次结构、管理模式、科研工作、科技转化以及对学生综合素质和能力培养的理念与措施等进行了介绍、分析和评价。 In this paper,the information and situation regarding the levels,structures, the administrative modules, the research work and its transformation, and the notions and measures about the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive qualities and abilities have been introduced ,discussed and evaluated.
