北京奥运会场馆功能可持续发展研究——基于我国大型公共体育场馆运营现状的反思

A Research on the Sustained Development of the Functions for the Stadiums and Gymnasiums for Beijing Olympic Games——Reflections on the Status Quo of the Management of Large-size Public Stadiums and Gymnasiums in China

采用文献资料、实地调查等方法,对我国大型体育场馆的运营现状进行了分析,提出了北京奥运会场馆功能可持续发展的基本思路:科学规划,融入城市生活;动态设计适应动态需求;科学的投融资机制。旨在为北京奥运会场馆建设和后期利用及有关部门决策提供参考。

By means of literature reviews and on-the-spot investigation, the authors of this paper try to analyze the status quo of the management of large-size public stadiums and gymnasiums in China and propose some solutions for the sustained development of functions for the stadiums and gymnasiums for Beijing Olympic Games. They are scientific planning in harmony with the city and life of the citizens, dynamic designs which should conform to the ever growing and changing social demands for sports and a scientific system for investing and financing. The purpose of this research is to provide valuable references for the construction and later use of the stadiums and gymnasiums for Beijing Olympic Games as well as the decision-making of relative authorities.
