摘要
腰痛是许多疾病过程中的常见症状,严重影响了人们的生活和工作。深入开展腰痛的早期诊断和预防的研究,一直是医学界长期探讨的内容。表面肌电信号分析技术是近年来日渐完善的腰部肌肉功能评价方法。该方法能够实时地、准确地和在非损伤状态下反映肌肉活动状态和功能状态,在评价肌肉功能状态方面具有良好的特异性、灵敏性、局部性的特点,因而越来越受到关注。表面肌电信号直接提供腰肌的电学信息,它能够反应有关腰部肌肉的收缩协调性、肌肉的疲劳程度、以及肌肉的收缩力量,因此能够评价肌肉的功能水平和功能状态,其核心是建立客观、准确、可靠的检测和评价方法,从而为腰痛病人寻找客观的临床诊断指标,并为临床的康复治疗提供评定指标。
Lumbago is a familiar symptom in the course of many illnesses, and badly affects people's daily life and work. The issue of early diagnosing and preventing lumbago is always studied in the field of medicine. In recent years ,the analysis skill of SEMG has become a better way to evaluate the function of lumbar muscle. The SEMG method can reflect in time the states of muscle activity and muscle function accurately and without any damages to the body, As a result of its characters of sensitivity, particularity and locality in the aspect of evaluating the function of muscle, it wins increasing favor. As SEMG can measure electrical signal to lumbago muscle and its main purpose is diagnosis for muscle strength, harmony and fatigue, it can evaluate the muscle function and states. This research tends to offer an objective, accurate and credible detection and evaluation method in order to provide a clinic index of diagnose for Lumbago patients and an evaluating index for their rehabilitation treatment.
