摘要
利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对产于广西的3种铁线蕨属植物的孢子形态进行了观察研究,详细描述了3种铁线蕨属植物即铁线蕨A d iantum cap illus-veneris L.、扇叶铁线蕨A.f labellu la tum L.和假鞭叶铁线蕨A.m a lesianum G hatak孢子的形态及表面纹饰特征,讨论了各种间的差异。
The spores of 3 species of Adiantum L. distributing in Guangxi, China, Adiantum capillusveneris L. ,A. flabellulatum L. and A. malesianum Ghatak were observed and compared under light microscope （LM） and scanning electron microscope （SEM）. The spore morphological characters of each specie is described in detail. The spores are tetrahedral-globose and trilete. The surface ornamentations of A. capillusveneris L. and A. flabellulatum L. are verrucate,and the A. malesianum L. is tuberculate. The differences among the spores of these species are discussed.
