摘要 应用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对不同材料薄板T型接头建立适当的模型进行温度场分析,并采用热电偶进行试验测量。结果表明,在焊缝附近,试验结果与模拟结果有较好的一致性,而在离焊缝较远的热影响区,由于材料性能数据的匮乏,导致结果有一定差异,但对于如注重焊缝附近温度变化的场合,该模型有一定的应用价值。 Suitable model was established properly to study welding temperature field of T-joint of sheets using ABAQUS code. Different materials of SS316L and Q235A were considered. Experimental research was conducted to verify the results of numerical simulation using thermocouple. The results of simulation and experiment show great coherence near the weld bead. However, due to lack of material properties under high temperature, the results show difference far away from the weld, The model can be put into use for those situations that pay great attention to the temperature variation near weld.
