摘要 激光焊接中,激光聚焦特性的好坏是影响焊接质量的关键因素。本文首先对透射聚焦和反射聚焦进行了概述,然后对一些新的聚焦技术如多焦点技术、旋转焦点技术等进行了介绍,并分析了多焦点技术对激光焊接速度和焊缝质量的影响,证明多焦点技术的优越性。 In laser welding, focusing characteristics of laser beam are the key factors in determining the quality of the welding seam. In this paper, focusing techniques by lens and by deflective optics were reviewed at first. Then, some advanced focusing techniques such as multi-focus technique, revolving focus technique and vibrant focus technique were introduced respectively, Lastly, the influences of multi-focus technique on welding speed and weldment quality were demonstrated through experimental and theoretical analysis.
