保鲜剂对切花百合的生理效应初步研究

Initial study of vase solution on vase life and physiological effect of cut lily

本试验研究了不同保鲜剂配方对切花百合品种“阿卡普托”(Acapulco)的保鲜效果,主要测定了鲜重、花蕾长度、叶绿素含量、过氧化氢酶活性和花瓣细胞膜透性等生理指标。结果表明,C配方(30 g/L S+400 mg/L 8-HQC+200 mg/L GA)对延缓切花百合衰老的效果最佳。

This paper reported the effects of different vase solutions on the vase life of cut lily （Aclpulco）. We determinded such as fresh weight, the length of flower bud, chlorophyll content , the activity of catalase and membrane permeability. The results indicated the best prescription of extended vase life cut lily is C（30 g/L S＋ 400 rag/L 8-HQC＋ 200 mg/L GA） treatment.
