摘要
在不同的温度、赤霉素(以下均用GA3)浓度、光照强度以及其作用时间的不同等条件下,处理冬季和夏季处于休眠状态的彩色马蹄莲种球,结果表明,在冬季,GA3处理能促进彩色马蹄莲种球的萌芽和开花,开花率达40%以上,GA3+低温和GA3+高温+光照处理能显著提高种球开花率,其中GA3+高温+光照处理30 d的种球开花与生长效果最好。在夏季,种球的发芽率与是否用GA3处理无明显差异,但是,不用GA3处理的种球都不开花,用GA3处理的种球开花率均为100%,并且,花产量随处理温度的不同而不同,其中,以低温+GA3处理花产量显著高于其他处理。
Dormant bulbs of colorful common ealMily (Zantedeschia) were treated with different temperatures,gibberellin and illumination in winter and summer seasons. Results showed that in winter, the dormance of bulbs could be breaked by gibberellin at the flowering rate of over 40 % .Treating with combination of gibberdlin plus low temperature and gibberellin plus high temperature and illumination significantly increased the flowering rate.The best effect of treatment in growing and flowering was GA3 + high temperature + 30 days illumination. In the Sunamer, no correlation was observed between seedling rate and GA3 treamaents, but dormant bulbs did not flower without GA3, when treated with GA3, bulbs flowered 100 %. In addition, flower yield varied with treating temperature, the highest yield was from low temperature + GA3.
