The research progress of regeneration in vitro system of cotyledon and hypocotyls and their genetic transform of rape is summarized in this paper. The factors affecting rapid propagation of cotyledon and hypocotyls and their transform are discussed on varietal genotypes, hormones and additives,physiological state of explants, pre-culturc,conjunct culture, and antibiotic selection etc.
