摘要 将滑模变结构控制策略引入永磁同步电机直接转矩控制中,来解决传统永磁同步电机直接转矩控制中存在的磁链和转矩脉动较大、逆变器开关频率不恒定、低速时系统难以准确控制以及因转矩脉动引起的高频噪声等问题。仿真研究表明,本文提出的这种新型控制策略能极大地减小传统直接转矩控制中因两滞环调节器造成的静态转矩脉动,同时又保持了直接转矩控制固有的转矩快速响应特征和对系统参数摄动、外干扰、测量误差以及测量噪声具有的极强鲁棒性优点,有效地改善系统的动、静态运行性能,是永磁同步电机直接转矩控制中一种新颖的改进控制方式。 To solve those problems associated with conventional Direct Torque Control (DTC) of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine (PMSM), such as high flux and torque ripple, variable switching frequency, difficulty to accurately control at very low speed and high frequency noise caused by the high torque ripple, a new variable structure sliding mode (VSS) control strategy is proposed in this paper. Simulation results verify that the proposed control scheme significantly reduces flux and torque ripple, preserves fast torque response merit, and shows robust to motor parameters uncertainty, disturbance, measurement error and measurement noise. It effectively improves dynamic and static operation performance, and is a novel modified control method for PMSM DTC.
