摘要
提出了基于占空比扩展有源钳位正激式高频脉冲直流环节逆变器的并联逆变器电路结构,并对其电路拓扑、稳态原理、三态DPM电流滞环控制技术、均流原理、关键电路参数设计进行了深入的分析研究。这类并联逆变器,由N个共用电压外环、独立电流内环的占空比扩展有源钳位正激式高频脉冲直流环节逆变器模块构成。设计并研制成功的3kVA27VDC/115V400HzAC并联逆变器样机,具有体积重量小、变换效率高、静态精度高、动态响应快、输入电压变化范围宽、输出波形质量高、并联均流效果好、负载适应能力强、过载与短路能力强等优良的性能,在大功率逆变场合有重要应用价值。
A parallel inverter based on the duty cycle extended active clamp forward mode inverter with high frequency pulse DC link is proposed. The circuit topology, steady principle, control strategy of three-state discrete pulse modulation (DPM) hysteresis current, current-sharing, and criterions of the key circuit parameters of the parallel inverter are investigated. The parallel inverter is constituted of the N duty cycle extended active clamp forward mode high frequency pulse DC link inverter modules with common outer voltage regulator and separately inner current regulator. A prototype of 3kVA 27VDC/115V400HzAC parallel inverter has excellent performances such as small bulk, lower weight, high conversion efficiency, high steady precision, fast dynamic response, wide range input voltage, good output voltage waveforms, good current-sharing effect, strong ability for different nature load, and strong over-load and short-circuit ability. The parallel inverter can be used in large power inversion fields.
