Study about Standard of Data Exchange for Production in Electric Power System

摘要 在分析广西电力数据交换的需求及交换标准发展趋势的基础上,提出利用基于XML的IEC 61970的CIM模型作为电力企业内应用系统生产数据交换的标准,并介绍了其在广西电网的初步实施。 Based on the analysis about the need of power generation data exchange and the trend of data-exchange standards, the paper suggests to use the CIM of IEC 61970 and XML technology to make up the power generation data exchange standard, and introduces its application in Guangxi Power Grid.
