针对电力体制改革后,发电厂要增强自身优势,增加企业的市场竞争能力,寻求企业最佳经济效益等问题,研究与探讨了电力市场环境下发电厂的可靠性管理。
After the electric power organizational reform, the power plant must strengthen own superiority to increase competitive ability. For seeking best economic efficiency it＇s necessary that the research about the reliability management of power plant under the environment of power market.
