摘要
着重探讨了粉末罩大孔径高孔密射孔器的理论依据和设计方法,通过EFP(Exp losively Form ed Penetrator)与射流的结合,实现了大孔径射孔弹粉末罩化,彻底解决了杵堵问题,114型粉末罩大孔径射孔器的混凝土靶的检测数据接近国际先进水平。
Metal-powder-liner big-hole & high-shot density perforator is mainly based on shaped-jet theory and EFP (Explosively Formed Penetrator) theory. Performance and target-penetrating capacity of the perforator all depends on that a combination of the tow theories is better or not. Daqing perforator manufacture has developed a new kind of perforator——Ф114 mm perforator that has carrotless charges (that is, has no slug), generates bigger perforation channels and its shot-density is 40 shots per meter. The perforator has been tested on the concrete targets, data from which has reached up that in Recommended Practices for Evaluation of Well Perforators of API.
