摘要
利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D有限元分析软件,在同种装药条件下,分别对3种不同壁厚药型罩的127型石油射孔弹形成射流的过程进行数值模拟并进行对比分析,结果表明,壁厚为1.5 mm的药型罩产生的射流头部速度高,动能大。验证了该数值仿真模型的正确性,为新型锥形装药产品的开发提供了一种高效的设计方法。
The numerical simulation and comparison analyses are made on the process of Mark127 shaped charge jet produced by three kinds of different wall thicknesses of liners under the same charge condition by means of the ANSYS/LS-DYNA 3D. The results show that the shaped charge jet with 1.5 mm wall thicknesses of liners has higher head speed and higher kinetic energy. The correctness of numerical simulation model that is proved may provide a new design method for the development of new shaped charge products.
